Nowadays, many countries tend to expand their economic and politic interactions with other actors by active participation in regional integration groups. It is one of the main tendencies of modern international relations. Russian Federation has insufficient experience of participation in these associations with foreign countries. Under the conditions of sanctions policy of Russia’s main foreign trade partners conclusion of preferential trade agreements with countries in Asia, Latin America or Africa seems to be possibility to strengthen national economy. This article focuses on expediency of the conclusion the Free Trade Zone Agreement with Egypt. There are some calculations of economic indices, which can characterize the intensity of the existing trade relations and the possibility of expansion.

There is a result of the conducted research on the analysis of entrepreneurial curricula at the undergraduate and graduate level are indicated in the article. There was chosen Russian universities that announced curricula of this kind in which the following parameters were studied: the proportion of undergraduate programs of entrepreneurial education among all undergraduate programs; the proportion of graduate programs of entrepreneurial education among all graduate programs; the proportion of disciplines in the framework of entrepreneurial curricula focused on hard skills development; the proportion of disciplines in the framework of entrepreneurial curricula focused on soft skills development.
The analysis shows:
— Significant heterogeneity of the implemented programs of entrepreneurial education in terms of a balance of hard skills and soft skills;
— The prevalence of hard skills, which largely contrasts with the general trends in the development of entrepreneurial education and the growing role of soft skills, noted by researchers and experts;
— The limited scope of the implementation of the entrepreneurial curricula, the underdevelopment of the trajectories of entrepreneurial education in the segment of natural, scientific, social and technical fields of study. The article suggests recommendations on the development of entrepreneurial curricula based on the analysis done.

Professional entrepreneurial competencies in the process of training students and students in Russian universities are still being formed, despite the fact that in most countries with developed and developing economies entrepreneurial education is a global trend. The results of the sociological survey show the relevance of the foundations of entrepreneurship among university students. In this connection, there is a need for the formation of entrepreneurial competencies both within the university and outside it. In the present article analyzes the current status of entrepreneurial competencies in Russia and the relationship between the level of their development with the quality of business activities and the state of business demography. It considers the characteristics of the mental attitude towards business and unequal distribution of public opinion on the regions in terms of development of entrepreneurial skills. Generalized tools and educational resources integrated development of entrepreneurial competences to educational institutions for different sectors of the economy. The conclusion is made that, despite the relatively short period of entrepreneurial activity in Russia, in the very near future the family business can become a key trend in the development of business activity, but for this the educational community must form all conditions and necessary entrepreneurial competencies.

Entrepreneurship is the main vector of the global economy evolution throughout its long history. In the modern world, entrepreneurship has become a way of internationalization of social life, inter-ethnic and inter-cultural cooperation of people. Not in doubt, the key importance of entrepreneur-ship as a system-forming element of the modern Russian economy. However, entrepreneurship is still not recognized in Russia as a direction of socially useful activity of people and respected profession. There are several factors that limit the formation of positive images of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in the minds of Russians and not allow you to put entrepreneurship on a par with other professions. The biggest problem in terms of rooting constructive ideas about modern entrepreneurship is the lack of a definition of specific items and objects of professional activity of entrepreneurs, the enterprise resources and business processes, the mission of the entrepreneurship in the Russian economy, the professional interests of entrepreneurs and the list of professional functions, that are the exclusive competency of the entrepreneurs.

The active use of the term «entrepreneurial education ecosystem» in government strategies, expert reports and scientific research began during the last ten years. But it still doesn't have clear definition or structural description. In this study the content of entrepreneurship education strategies of seven European countries, as well as the recommendations of three international organizations about state support of entrepreneurial education was analyzed to determine the content of this term and to define the state supported entrepreneurial education ecosystem.

Several studies have clearly demonstrated that entrepreneurial intentions are strongly influenced by education. What is more important, entrepreneurial intentions predict the actual entrepreneurial behavior. Thus, it is reasonable to believe that by stimulating intentions we encourage entrepreneur-ship. At the same time, universities play rather ambiguous and fragmented role in entrepreneurship, especially in Russian context. Further investigation is needed. The present research examines the impact of universities on the entrepreneurial intentions of Russian students. Using a sample of 2504 students from the GUESSS study, entrepreneurial intentions are found to be significantly associated with multiple components of the university entrepreneurial portfolio. The results of this study help better understand the structure of entrepreneurial portfolios of universities and its impact on the intentions. A greater emphasis on entrepreneurship in all universities may help balance the current individual initiatives and develop proactively a more relevant and comprehensive strategy.
