  • Yury Rubin, Doctor of Economics, Professor,  Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Education, Winner of the Award of the Government of the Russian Federation in the Field of Education, Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation, Main place of work - Synergy University , Head of the Entrepreneurship and Competition Department.

  • Yu. B. Rubin is one of the founders of the new functional theory of entrepreneurship, the creator of the constructive theory of competition in entrepreneurship as a section of the interdisciplinary theory of competition, the developer of the concept of the quality of entrepreneurial education and the competitiveness of educational organizations, the author of the first textbooks in Russia on managing your own business and competition in entrepreneurship for higher education. Yu. B. Rubin was the first to classify the system of competitive actions based on the differentiation of the types and nature of the interaction of the parties to competition, consistently described the types, methods, directions, strategies, styles and manners of competitive actions, as well as the management system of the participation of subjects of modern entrepreneurship in competition. Under the leadership of Yu. B. Rubin , a modern terminological apparatus of the theory and practice of competition in entrepreneurship has been developed. Yu. B. Rubin developed the functional theory of entrepreneurship, on the basis of which actual approaches to the compilation of the functional map of the professional standard "Entrepreneur" were formed. Under his leadership, the Council for Professional Qualifications has established a working group to implement this standard. Yu. B. Rubin is a leading developer of a system of multilevel continuous entrepreneurial education in the Russian Federation, the author of basic textbooks for the system of higher and secondary vocational education. He heads the Scientific Council for the Development of Entrepreneurial Education in the Russian Federation, established at the Russian Academy of Education. Synergy University has been approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation as a federal innovation platform where the approaches it develops are implemented.
