The article is devoted to the internal context dependence of the training courses studied under the entrepreneurship program in the bachelor’s degree. Unlike other approaches, the authors extend the context dependence to any training courses included in the training program. Approaches to the study of the management cycle of training courses by future entrepreneurs are analyzed. Using the example of structuring the content of the training course “Human Resource Management”, it is shown how the training program should be oriented to form the general professional competencies necessary for graduates to have a successful career in entrepreneurship. The article has practical significance, since the developed approach to teaching disciplines was successfully used in real business in competitive conditions, as well as theoretical significance, due to the contribution of the conclusions obtained in the article to the development of scientific ideas about the place of entrepreneurship in the educational process and the connection with the taught disciplines of the management cycle with the training of future entrepreneurs. The use of this article can also help educational organizations, including universities and colleges, to develop educational programs in which the content of management disciplines would be focused on teaching entrepreneurship as a profession. . Working in unfavorable economic conditions, in a competitive environment, requires constant improvement and development from a social entrepreneur. It is vital for entrepreneurs to acquire new knowledge and master professional skills. It should be recognized that the issues of teaching social entrepreneurship are a relatively new area of scientific and practical research. At the same time, the world practice has already accumulated a wealth of experience in implementing educational programs in the field of teaching social entrepreneurship. This article is devoted to the systematization of ideas about the key approaches to teaching social entrepreneurship in the bachelor's degree, to the development of the main content blocks of special training courses. The authors prove that the experience of developing such programs in Russia corresponds to global trends. The article deals with the main approaches to the formation of an educational entrepreneurial program in the bachelor's degree with the specifics in the field of training in social entrepreneurship. Its components are formalized, including the thematic plan, competencies, methods, forms of training and control. To familiarize readers with the experience of teaching bachelors in social entrepreneurship, the article describes in detail the professional educational program "Fundamentals of Social Entrepreneurship", implemented at the Moscow Financial and Industrial University "Synergy". The article is devoted to the study of the main stages of the formation of communication competence and the technology of professionally oriented teaching the Culture of Speech course to the students doing an Entrepreneurship degree. The need for a high level of communication competence as one of the conditions for the personal competitiveness of an entrepreneur is substantiated. The article presents several components of communication competence – linguistic (normative), functional-stylistic, rhetorical – in accordance with which training is conducted. The importance of the development of communication competence with all the elements of its structure being taken into account is considered, including knowledge of the basic norms of the Russian literary language, the ability to compose oral and written texts in accordance with the functional styles of the Russian literary language; the skill of building reasoned statements; knowledge of speech etiquette means and the ability to choose the most effective of them for business communication. The necessity of professionally oriented teaching of the culture of speech, classroom modeling of real life situations, involving the development of the ability to use various language registers, is emphasized. Since language performs not only the function of transmitting information, but also that of influence, special attention is paid to the rhetorical aspect of communication competence, the basics of logic and theory of argumentation, the preparation of public speech, the formation of the skill to not only correctly, but also logically and convincingly build oral and written speech. The paper proposes methods for conducting classes aimed at developing the communication skills of students, including interactive technologies: situational workshops, trainings, didactic games. The modern economy is in dire need of innovators who can design the technological image of the future. The best way to train future specialists in technonatural recognized as a project-based approach, augmented business education. But research has shown that in Russia, project activity in its existing forms does not fulfill its main functions: it does not give students the experience of creating innovations, does not develop critical thinking, does not form an interest in creating new products or services, their implementation and diffusion. The aim of the research was to search for approaches, methods and forms of training that will form students’ desire to choose a career in the field of technology innovation or high-tech entrepreneurship, give them the experience and knowledge necessary for the organization of a technology startup. In order to test the found pedagogical solutions, the techno-startup course of the school of entrepreneurship as an introduction to innovation. The study showed that the introduction of psychological training (teaching students the techniques of generating and testing ideas, empathy, conducting in-depth interviews, team building, planning, etc.), gamification of all types of classes, the development of course tasks as a tool for the development of design- and business thinking of students, monitoring the development of students ‘ competencies and components of their thinking with the help of specially prepared trackers, building the stages of the educational project in accordance with the stages of a real technology startup (the introduction of empathy stages, MVP, attracting external funding), allowed us to achieve the goal of the study. In this article, for the first time, the distribution of well-known strategies and tactics of competitive actions by stages of the lifecycle according to the model of D. Miller and P. Friesen is carried out, which allows to provide a more accurate description of the competitive activity of an organization at different stages of its development. Tactics and strategy are closely related, and there is a need for their gradation in the context of the characteristics of the stages of the organization’s life cycle. This study is especially relevant in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, where tactical models of competition play a special role in accordance with the selected strategies in the field of restaurant services. During the analysis of the activities of restaurant service establishments at different stages of the life cycle, certain patterns in the competitive actions of the organization were identified, which can be compared with the strategies and tactics of competition. The criteria for determining the stage of development of the organization, which determine the conduct of competitive processes, are given. Each stage of the organization’s life cycle is characterized: birth, development, maturity, flourishing, decline on the example of the restaurant services sector. It shows how organizations apply different strategies and tactics of competitive actions within each stage of the life cycle, as well as during the transition from one stage to another. The use of this article can help restaurant businesses by applying the developed matrix of tactical models of competition at various stages of the organization’s life cycle within the framework of a competitive strategy in the practical activities of the organization. As scientific community as businessmen discuss the problem of cross-subsidization in the electric power industry. This problem has long remained relevant. The main topic of economic discussions is fairness and validity of the rules for the tariff formation in the electric power industry. The different tariffs allow reducing the financial burden of some consumers and shifting it to others. The aim of the issue is to develop the main vectors of solving problems and government regulation measures. They are expected to level the negative economic effects of cross-subsidization. The purpose of the study is revealed through solving the following problems: a) to determine the socio-economic nature of cross-subsidization and regulatory problems at the current stage of development; b) to study the experience of foreign countries in cross-subsidization policies; review public policy mechanisms related to cross-subsidization. The subject of the issue is economic relations between different economic participants and their interests arising in the process of cross-subsidization policy. The results of the issue are the development of the main directions of the transformation of the state regulation of the energy complex in terms of reducing the negative effects of cross-subsidies. The scope of application of the obtained results is determined by the possibilities of developing and implementing a balanced state policy that takes into account the interests of all participants in economic processes, eliminating the creation of social tension in society that supports the growth of the well-being of the population. The following general scientific and special methods were chosen as scientific tools for conducting this study: content analysis method, system analysis method, retrospective analysis method, statistical survey methods. The information base of the study was the analytical development of the materials of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Federal State Statistics Service, regulatory acts of the Russian Federation governing the development of the electric power complex.
