The author analyzed the problem of developing and implementing strategies to improve the com¬petitiveness of the organization. Attention is focused on legal support, standardization and meth¬odological support, and also on resource and information support for developing and implementing this strategy. The author dwells on CALS — Information Technology of integration of all product life cycle processes. The author describes in detail the mechanism for implementing a strategy to improve the competitive¬ness of the organization, including its structure, principles and methods of organization processes to implement the strategy, in addition, The author considers control, auditing and management strategy.

The article deals with the nature and content of the entrepreneurial spirit of capitalism, and its influence on the formation and development of the capitalist system of XX – XXI centuries. The paper presents an attempt to combine the views of Max Weber on capitalism spirit with the basic concepts of economic doctrines of Karl Marx, as well as disclosed problems of formation of market capitalist spirit of the Russian economy and its competitiveness.

The evolution of theoretical points of view on the problem of competition definition starting of classical approach as the way of pricing regulation and reaching market equilibrium till the present approach as ordered institutional reference system is shown in the issue. This article is devoted to some aspects of antitrust law influence on economical processes. Considered problems are interconnection antitrust regulation and innovation activity, applicability of antitrust law terms and applicability of «geographic market» for retail markets.

In our days in Russia the number of interesting companies and projects is limited. Therefore, there is a serious competition among venture capital funds, development institutions and business angels for these projects. On the other hand, interaction and cooperation are needed between these parties for the development of entrepreneurial projects.
