Industry market

Process of change of structural characteristics of the market of agricultural production, scales of the enterprises, conditions of differentiation of production, an entrance in the market and an exit from it, action of «effect of incorrect representations», effect of presence of many social and economic structures and effect of dualistic economy are considered. The assessment of some consequences of the introduction of the country in the WTO for the market of agricultural production is given.

In the article the prerequisites, conditions and peculiarities of forming of sea transport junction’s companies partnerships under specific character of their activity are investigated. As a result of investigations, author comes to the conclusion that the modern conditions of economy development require changing of approach to the creating of business partnerships under the relationship marketing. Since longtime partner connections give to the companies the additional opportunities of taking the competitive advantages owing to the effect from marketing inter-companies interaction, author offers to create STJ as an institution of net partnership. Authors carried out the analysis of management by competitiveness of the personnel of the public and municipal service, and also the main directions of increase of efficiency of the public and municipal service are offered. So, in particular authors note that the modern public and municipal service should be open, competitive and prestigious, focused on productive activities of the civil and municipal servants for ensuring execution of powers of the state and municipal authorities, and should cooperate actively with institutes of civil society.
