The author reveals the importance of human resource management business structures in order to increase their productivity, efficiency and competitiveness. The author gives the characteristic of the labor market situation in the Russian economy, describes firms strategy to eliminate shortages of personnel; and specific of corporate training for large and small (medium) business.

The author describes the corporate professional standards and assessment subsystems, as key elements of a strategy to ensure the competitiveness of business structure with the help of corporate training. The author proposes to use competence and competitive approaches as a methodological basis of the integration of these subsystems.

This paper proposes an approach to the analysis of factors affecting the competitiveness of the organization, based on the application of systems analysis techniques, for full discover of factors and their estimates using information measures taking into account the degree of influence factors on the achievement of organizational goals.
