The article presents statistical data and analysis of the modern market of consulting services in Russia. The author suggests a method of improving the competitiveness of consulting Corporation through the development of a network of branches in regional markets and expansion of a spectrum of rendered services. Revealed a high correlation of quality of services and professionalism of a particular consultant, dealt with technical issues and are the possible difficulties for the organization of work of the regional branch of consulting Corporation. The author offers practical solutions associated with the specifics of management of the personnel of the branch network, recommendations on the formation of a team of the regional branch. Main conclusions of the article are the possibility of increasing the competitiveness of the consulting company with the development of the branch network by reducing the costs for technical equipment and salaries of regional consult¬ants, the possibility to provide additional services, increasing the loyalty of regional customers.

The paper examines the main stages in the development of cooperation between the European Un¬ion and the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean in context of international competition. The paper highlights the key documents that constitute the legal framework for interregional cooperation, mechanisms of cooperation and the main areas for competition. Marked the main problems arising in the course of constructing the interregional association. Despite the differences in views on a number of key issues in international relations, the European Union and Latin America share a common system of democratic values, based on the principle of multipolarity. The author reveals the importance of the relations between the LCA and the EU in the context of international competitive disposition. In this context, the article also discusses the perspectives of cooperation LCA and Russia.

In our opinion the entrepreneurial culture can be considered in a context of cultures. The article presents a view on entrepreneurial culture in a context of «culture of usefulness and dignity». The entrepreneurial culture in the modern conditions, arisen as culture of usefulness, seeks to develop in itself lines of the personality significant culture, focused on dignity, «public understanding*, the humanistic principle of «solidarity». Solving problems of modernization of the higher education, relying on competence-based approach, development of entrepreneurial culture in professional education of modern managers gets a special sense. Authors defined the basic principles and problems of the educational process directed on formation of entrepreneurial culture. Experience of faculty of management of NRU HSE in Nizhny Novgorod is presented in article, the program of entrepreneurial culture development of the youth is described.

In this study, we compare and contrast the perceptions of the institutional environment for entrepreneurship among university students in nine emerging economies across three global regions: Central and Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia, and Russia), Asia (China, India, and the Republic of Korea), and Latin America (Brazil and Mexico). The student perceptions are measured employing a survey instrument developed by Busenitz et al. (2000) for industrialized countries, and validated in the context of emerging markets by Manolova et al. (2008). Our results indicate that the institutional environments are perceived as overall unfavorable to new firm formation in all the three global regions as well as the nine constituent countries. However, the institutional milieus vary along different dimensions. The reasons for such variances could be traced to differences in the respective legal systems, cognitive structures, and normative traditions across regions and countries. Consequently, the institutional environments present different opportunities and challenges to university students who consider an entrepreneurial career. We discuss the theoretical, managerial, and public policy implications of our findings.

The article analyses the macroeconomic consequences for Russia after a year of WTO membership. Authors conducted an international comparison of the initial positions of the economy and conditions for doing business in Russia. Based on the statistical data authors performed a forecast of the prospects of developing certain branches of the economy in the conditions of WTO mem- bership. There is an economic assessment of the loss of profit from the activity of foreign economies after Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization in the article.
