The article covers the essence of corporate time management and justifies its influence on company competitiveness. The author discusses the way of integrating time management into a system of a company’s corporate culture and top managers’ degree of participation in this process. Technology of implanting within a company a corporate value of «time saving» with the help of management settings, corporate regulations and organizational rituals is examined.

The article notes that the competition can be viewed as a mechanism of self-regulation, and as an stimulus for economic development and improve the economic efficiency of the banking system. In this article the processes of air transport hubs formation and the ways of obtaining their competitiveness on different levels, depending on competition scale in the industry, are elaborated. Conception of competitive hub’s formation on the base of Moscow air transport center is presented on macrolevel of competition and the stages of it’s realization are defined and elaborated. The structure of competitive advantages, obtaining on mezolevel of competition as a result of air transport hub foundation as horizontally integrated business system are defined and presented, the possible methods of it’s achievement by Russian air transport industry related companies are recommended by author.
