Features of development of competitive relations in sphere of the average general education

In article the basic features of development of competitive relations in sphere of the average gen¬eral education are investigated. Competition directions what, according to the author, are rivalry of educational institutions for budgetary financing, for the off-budget means received from rendering of additional paid educational services, for the public status and, as consequence, additional financ¬ing at the expense of means of welfare funds and sponsors are concretized; rivalry in the teacher's environment; rivalry of consumers of educational services for «a place at the best school» in the conditions of absence of deficiency of places in educational institutions.
