Analysis of the mechanism of price competition from positions of institutional theory

The competition is one of the most fundamental market institutions. The proper interpretation of the competition institute and price competition mechanism categories has been presented. The article determines, too, the processes of the price competition formation, operation, implementation and management accordingly to the life cycle stages.
