Determination of effective strategy of improving competitiveness of the knowledge-intensive enterprise

Results of a set of researches in the field of strategic management are given in scientific literature. In each of these researches the ideas of a concept of competitiveness, methods of its increase and maintenance at the high level are given. This area of researches is very relevant as still there is no uniform and commonly accepted theory of competitiveness, and at the expense of as far as the enterprise will be competitive, its success and success of the products which are turned out at it depends. In this work own vision of a concept of competitiveness as integrated concept is given, the analysis of some classifications of the strategy offered by various researchers is carried out. Also the analysis of problems most of which the knowledge-intensive enterprises should test in Russia is carried out. In this article the specifics of development of the enterprises of the domestic nuclear industry within the Rosatom state corporation (SC) which need to compete successfully among themselves in one group of companies so that as a result of group of companies became competitive in the world are considered. An objective of this research began to understand on the basis of the done analysis on what way the knowledge-intensive enterprises of the domestic nuclear industry need to move for successful development as within the country, and beyond its limits and also to understand what has to become a basis of such development.

Unevenness of Digitalization as a Macroeconomical Source of Imbalanсe in a Business Environment

This article is devoted to the current problems related to the unevenness of digitalization process in economical branches in Russia, that means investment attractiveness imbalance in corresponding economical branches. The uneven involvement of economical sectors in the digitalization process entails far-reaching negative macroeconomic consequences, both for the economy as a whole and for the assessment of “non-digital economic” specifically. The article affects the analysis of investments value depending of current digitalization state of some economical branches, and grounded an existence of digital inequality in macroeconomic. The purpose of this study is to identify the negative consequences of the imbalance in the investment attractiveness of economic sectors, which manifests itself in excessive financing of the most digitalized sectors of the national economy to the detriment of the “real” sector of the economy. The objectives of this study include comparison and analysis of macroeconomic indicators of the sectors of the economy of the Russian Federation, substantiation based on the analysis of the existing industry “digital inequality”, as well as identification of its negative consequences. The achievement of the tasks set was carried out with the help of general analytical methods, as well as quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis. The paper substantiates the imbalance of investments, their economic results and financing needs depending on the degree of digitalization of individual economic sectors by the calculation method, substantiates the intersectoral “digital inequality”, expressed in the unequal access of organizations of a particular economic sector to economic resources of all types, and also identifies negative consequences the aforementioned phenomenon. Organizational and Managerial Innovations in the Russian Electronics Industry: Current Trends

The electronic industry is one of the most dynamically developing industries in the global economy and has a significant impact on the pace of development of related industries and the level of technological independence of states. Various types of external trade and economic sanctions imposed by Western countries and the strengthening of the import substitution policy in the Russian economy require a revision of the vectors for the development of electronic industry enterprises. The withdrawal of some foreign companies from the Russian sales market at the same time makes it possible to increase demand for domestic products and increases the requirements for the development and production of electronics in Russia. The analysis of scientific works shows that at the present stage of production development, non-technological innovations, including organizational and managerial ones, are an important component of increasing the competitiveness of industrial high-tech enterprises. The purpose of the study: to determine the level of development of organizational and managerial innovations in the Russian electronics industry. The implementation of this goal required the solution of the following tasks: to define the concept of organizational and managerial innovations in accordance with modern standards, to determine the degree of development of the topic of organizational and managerial innovations in electronics industry enterprises in Russian publications, to compare the levels of implementation of organizational and managerial innovations in the electronics industry and other domestic industries. This paper analyzes the level of implementation of organizational and managerial innovations in the Russian electronics industry. According to the modern 4th edition of the Oslo manual (international standard in the field of innovation statistics), the definition of the concept of organizational and managerial innovations is given. On the basis of statistical data, the level of development of this type of innovation in relation to product and process innovations was determined, and a comparison was made with respect to high-tech and all Russian organizations. Interest in the introduction of organizational and managerial innovations in the global industry has increased significantly in recent years, so understanding the current situation in the development of this type of innovation in the Russian electronics industry can contribute to the development of strategies for the development of this industry. Analyzing the Use of Project Technologies in the Implementation of National Projects

In the conditions of modern trends in the development of the world economy, the issue of ensuring the efficiency and competitiveness of the domestic economy is becoming more and more relevant. It is expedient to consider examples of foreign and domestic experience of using project management as a basic paradigm of economic development. The greatest interest in this article is shown to the development of public-private partnership in the implementation of national projects and programs as a tool to ensure high competitiveness of public project management. Taking into account the strategy of project-based development of the Russian economy, the structure of national projects management is analyzed, and proposals to improve the processes of ensuring the competitiveness of national projects are formulated. The article provides a comparative analysis of various forms of management in the implementation of national projects, and also considers foreign experience in the use of mixed forms of management of large-scale projects. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the necessity of using project management technologies in the implementation of national projects and programs to ensure the competitiveness of the Russian economy. The objectives of the study are reduced to a comparative analysis of the use of project management technologies as the main tool for improving the competitiveness of national projects and programs. The best international and domestic practices of using various forms of management in the implementation of national projects and programs have been identified. The necessity of updating the existing legislation, as well as the mechanisms of implementation of national projects was substantiated. National projects. Role of Organizational and Managerial Innovations in the Development of the Russian Electronics Industry

In modern world practice, there is an increasing interest in the application of organizational and managerial innovations, and there is also an accelerated development of the global electronics industry, which requires additional sources of improving the performance of Russian enterprises in this industry, which are mainly in catching up positions relative to global competitors. Therefore, the study of the impact of organizational and managerial innovations on the effectiveness of organizations of the electronic industry in Russia is an urgent scientific task. It is worth noting that there are no studies in Russian publications on the importance of organizational and managerial innovations in the development of the electronic industry in Russia. The purpose of this article is to determine the degree of importance of organizational and managerial innovations in the development of the electronic industry in Russia. The implementation of this goal required solving the following tasks: to analyze the possible transformation in the electronic industry of the Russian Federation and the prospects of the industry in the sixth technological order and the fourth industrial revolution; to determine the aspects of the impact of organizational and managerial innovations on the effectiveness of organizations during technological changes; to determine the impact of organizational and managerial innovations on the effectiveness of R&D in the electronic industry of Russia. The Role of Digital Products in the Development of the Domestic Retail Entrepreneurship

The relevance of the research topic is due to the decline in the retail market, the development of digitalization of the economy and the steadily growing e-commerce market in Russia, which confirms the need to introduce digital products in retail. The purpose of the article is to determine the role of digital products in the development of Russian retail trade. Achieving the goal is determined by solving the following tasks: develop a classification system for digital products, prepare an analysis of the categories of digital products in retail, present the author’s definition of a digital product. The study analyzes industry development trends in the medium term. An important aspect of the study is the analysis of digital products necessary for integration into retail, based on the developed classification taking into account industry trends. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the development of: the author’s definition of a digital product, in the classification system of digital products, which contributes to the understanding of the role of digital products in modern retail trade and represents the theoretical value of the study.
