Didactic possibilities of game procedures in the process of training entrepreneurs

The article deals with the development of entrepreneurial abilities through gaming technology. The materials of the article reveal the factors of game interest, the specifics of intellectual games, especially the game procedures for adults. The basic thesis: the gaming procedures in the training allow us to evaluate, understand and develop key entrepreneurial skills. Any speculative concepts describing the professional abilities of entrepreneurs can be operationalized in such a way that this ability becomes detectable, diagnosed, evaluated. Understanding the mechanism of manifestation of a particular entrepreneurial ability allows you to choose the appropriate game procedure through which you can on the one hand to assess the personality, on the other hand to build a predictive  picture of the development of personal potential. To do this, it is important to: 1) identify indicators of abilities, skills and abilities developed by the game; 2) describe each indicator, differentiate the levels of development of the ability; 3) make a map of monitoring the behavior of the player, based on the selected indicators. The content of the games used in pedagogical practice by teachers of the Department of Psychology is consistently revealed through the description: the time spent, the necessary materials and equipment, the game purpose, the competencies diagnosed in the game, the instructions, the stages of carrying out and reflection. The game method in training allows to take into account: 1) individual experience of the past; 2) strategies of behavior relevant to the present; 3) to predict the dynamics of the development of individual abilities on the basis of existing potential. The key stage of the didactic game — reflection, is aimed at fixing and understanding the usual behavioral patterns, which in the process of solving game problems are transformed into effective models of professional behavior.

Research horizons of studying the psychology of russian entrepreneurship

The propensity for entrepreneurship is personal creativity, it is a certain way of life, it is a parenting strategy, it is a character trait. As a rule, these and other necessary qualities are laid down from childhood. What abilities can be considered «entrepreneurial»? The article discusses the theoretical and empirical aspects of studying the psychology of entrepreneurship in Russia; data on the psychological characteristics of the personality and activities of a Russian businessman are presented, obtained by scientists in different years. The results of a pilot study of the socio-psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs in their connection with the mechanisms of influence on business activity, strategies of behavior in a competitive environment, business motivation and a value system are presented. A model for the development of psychological tools for diagnosing a propensity for entrepreneurial activity in adolescents is presented. Read more...

Some diagnostic issues of schoolchildren entrepreneurial abilities and their propensities to entrepreneurship

The article provides a substantiation of a model for diagnosing a propensity and aptitude for doing business, which is based on the functional theory of entrepreneurship. The content of any entrepreneur’s activity is based on an entrepreneurial resource, with the help of which business owners gain competitive advantages. By becoming effective participants in business processes, they must ensure and maintain the effectiveness and competitiveness of their business; be able to establish business communications for the organization of production and sale of goods; provide services and perform the necessary work related to labor functions. However, the uniqueness of an entrepreneur’s activity lies in the fact that in this profession, an entrepreneurial resource is combined with natural entrepreneurship, which, under equal conditions for doing business, will allow a person not only to be financially successful, but also to use his personal potential as efficiently as possible. The authors proceed from the hypothesis of natural entrepreneurship, which underlies any business. A diagnostic test has been developed that allows at the early stages of career guidance to determine the integral meaning of entrepreneurship, including cognitive, motivational and emotional-volitional prerequisites for doing business. The authors, using the method of expert assessment, identified parameters that are professionally significant characteristics and satisfy the functions of business, reflect the personal qualities and tendencies of people to engage in entrepreneurship differentiate schoolchildren by the parameter “entrepreneurship” in the early stages of career guidance. And also, they allow diagnosing the most important personal characteristics, that determining the entrepreneurial professionalization of schoolchildren in the process of teaching entrepreneurship.
